About Bike Valet:

Our Bike Valet service is a premium service designed to increase visibility for cyclists attending events by giving them a cosy, safe, and secure place to park their bikes. 

With Bike Valet we support organisers in achieving their sustainability goals and we encourage attendees to leave their cars at home and choose a more environmentally friendly mode of transportation.

Position Summary:

We’re looking for a motivated individual to help coordinate our Bike Valet program. 

As a Bike Valet Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our bike parking services at various events. If you have a passion for cycling and good organising skills, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update the event calendar
  • Liaise with event organisers to coordinate Bike Valet setup
  • Oversee material storage and maintenance
  • Schedule shifts for on-site volunteers
  • Follow up on issues and questions
  • Build relationships with event organisers for future events (6-12 months ahead)
